If I purchase the WonderWorks and Wonders of Magic combo ticket do both admissions have to be used on the same day?
No, they can be used on different days. Typically, guests explore the WonderWorks exhibit and then head over to the show.
What will I find inside WonderWorks?
It’s an indoor interactive amusement park for the mind. Fun for All Ages! Experience over 100 interactive exhibits for all ages. Special features include the World’s largest indoor ropes challenge course, lazer-tag and Pigeon Forge magic show, The Wonders of Magic, starring master magician Terry Evanswood.
How long does it take to tour the attraction?
Allow at least 3- 4 hours but spend as much time as you like. The Wonders of Magic show is about 1 1/2 hours.
Can I bring food into WonderWorks?
No, outside food and drinks are not permitted inside WonderWorks.
Can I take pictures?
You can take pictures inside. Great photo spots in WonderWorks include: The Spacesuit, Mercury Capsule, Hurricane Simulator, Rock Wall and more!
Where can I park?
Plenty of parking is provided at no charge in the WonderWorks Pigeon Forge parking lot in front of the building.
What is the best way to dress for a day at the attraction? Is there any clothing that isn't permissible?
WonderWorks is a casual, family-oriented attraction. We suggest you dress comfortably. Closed shoes are required for our ropes course. No skirts or dresses permitted on the ropes course. Please dress family friendly.
Is the attraction wheelchair accessible?
WonderWorks is equipped with elevators for wheelchairs and strollers. Handicap patrons will be seated first for the show. The theater is equipped with ramps and has no stairs.
How is seating arranged at the theater?
There is theater-style seating for 270 people. Seats are not assigned and are given on a first come, first serve basis.
Can I exit the WonderWorks attraction and return later in the day?
Yes, tickets allow unlimited fun all day, come and go as you please.
What are the height, weight or other requirements for any of the rides?
Wonder Coaster – Must be at least 48" (4') to participate. Max weight is 250 lbs.
Ropes Course – Must be at least 42" (3' 6") with an adult or 48" (4') to participate alone. Maximum height is 80" (6' 8"). Closed shoes required. Maximum weight limit is 300 pounds.
Earthquake — Must be at least 36" (3' 0")
Astronaut Training — Max height is 6' 2", minimum height is 54". Max weight is 225 lbs. Long hair must be tied up.
Rock Climbing – Closed shoes required. Minimum weight is 40 lbs and maximum weight is 250 lbs.
360 Bikes – Closed shoes required and 58" (4' 10") tall to participate. Max weight is 250 lbs.
XD Theater — Must be at least 40" (3' 4")
Does WonderWorks serve food?
Yes, at the WonderDog Café. Take a break and pull up a chair to enjoy the fresh hand tossed pizza, hot dogs, popcorn, Pepsi products and more. The show does not serve a meal.
Is there a pre-show guests should be aware of at Wonders of Magic?
No.
How early should guests arrive prior to the show?
Guests should arrive about 30 minutes prior to the start of Wonders of Magic.
Are visitors allowed to meet and greet the performers?
Yes. Audience members may meet the performers after the show.
